Warranty & Repairs
Made to be kept, not replaced
Every Paravel Aviator suitcase is backed by a 10-year warranty.
We design our luggage to go the distance. The Aviator is put through 40 performance tests, from loaded wheel trials to sub-zero drop tests. Its wheels, handles, and TSA-approved lock are all designed for repair, not replacement.
If something isn't right with your Aviator, the guidance below explains what's covered and how to make a claim.
How do I register my warranty?
Register your Aviator within 30 days of purchase. Follow the link in your post-purchase email, or complete our warranty registration form here. You'll receive an email confirming the details you entered.
Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email. You'll need it to make a claim in the future.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Wherever you are in the world, claims are made through one simple form.
- Find your proof of purchase. A receipt or order confirmation email works best. We may also accept a bank or credit card statement where the purchase is clearly identified.
- Complete our warranty claim form here.
- Our customer care team will be in touch with next steps.
We can't accept or progress a warranty claim without proof of purchase.
How long is the warranty valid for?
For purchases on or after October 8, 2026
Every Aviator suitcase (Carry-On, Carry-On Plus, Grand, and Trunk) is covered for 10 years from the date of purchase. To be covered, your warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase and you'll need proof of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
For purchases before October 8, 2026
Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept warranty claims for Paravel products purchased before October 8, 2026.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers faults caused by defective materials or workmanship. It doesn't cover damage from mishandling, such as by airline baggage handlers, or general wear and tear.
If your claim is accepted, we'll repair your suitcase or, at our discretion, replace it. Please note that shipping fees apply when sending your case to our repair centre, as we can only confirm whether the issue is covered once it has been inspected.
What isn't covered by the warranty?
The following is a guide to what our warranty doesn't cover:
- Damage from mishandling by airlines or other travel operators, including rips, scratches, dents, cracks, sheared-off wheels or components, and bent trolley handles
- General use, wear and tear
- Neglect, accidents, or abrasions
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Damage from water, beauty products, chemicals, solvents, or acids
- Damage to contents in transit, such as cameras, electronics, or bottles
- Deliberate damage
- Matching products or items bought as a set, where the matching item isn't damaged
- Products sold by resellers who aren't authorized Paravel retailers
- Products sold as "as-is," "pre-owned," "reconditioned," "used," "returned," or similar wording indicating they aren't new or first quality
- Lock issues caused by setting the combination incorrectly, using the lock incorrectly, or forcing it open. For help with your lock, see our TSA lock guide here
Purchases made before our relaunch
This warranty applies to Paravel products bought on or after October 8, 2026. Paravel products purchased before this date, from the brand's previous owner, aren't covered.
